We take your privacy and data security seriously. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy) is meant to help you understand what information YouRec team and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, we, us or our) collect, how we use such information, and the recipients with whom we share such information.


This Privacy Policy applies to your access and use of the mobile applications named YouRec made available through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store along with any revisions, updates and/or modifications thereto (collectively, App) and any data, products, services and associated materials or media supplied with the App (together with the App, the Services).


This Privacy Policy contains the following sections:

Personal Information

Personal Information is the type of information that specifically identifies or contacts a person, such as your full name or email address. We may collect personally identification information whenever Users enter into our app, fill out the form, to use our services, features or resources present in our app. 

In the following circumstances, we may disclose your personal information according to your wish or regulations by law:

   1) Your prior permission,

   2) By the applicable law within or outside your country of residence, legal process, litigation requests,`1

   3) By requests from public and governmental authorities,

   4) To protect our legal rights and interests.

Non-Personal Information

Non-personal information is data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual, such as your install, uninstall, Android ID, phone IMEI number, phone model etc.

We may collect and use non-personal information in the following circumstances.

   1) To have a better understanding in users behavior.

   2) Solve problems in products and services. 

   3) Improve our products, services and advertising.

We may collect non-personal information such as the data of install, frequency of use, country and channel. 

Information we get by using our services

We may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them, such as when you view and interact with our content. We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, os version, and unique device identifiers).  will not share that information with third parties.

Location information 

When you use a location-enabled service, we may collect and process information about your actual location through GPS signals sent by a mobile device or Wifi in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our Service. We may also use various technologies to determine location, such as sensor data from your device that may, for example, provide information on nearby Wi-Fi access points and cell towers.

Unique application numbers 

Certain services include a unique application number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type) may be sent to when you install or uninstall that service or when that service periodically contacts our servers, such as for automatic updates.

We may also collect and store limited payment information from you, such as payment card type; however, we do not collect or store full payment card numbers and all transactions are processed by our third party payment processor.

(c)    Other Information You Choose to Provide, such as when you participate in a survey, contest, promotion or interactive area of the Services or when you request technical or customer support.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use the Services, the types of information we may automatically collect about you include:

(a)      Log Information: When you visit the Services, our servers automatically record certain log file information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type and language, referring URLs, access times, pages viewed, links clicked and other information about your activities on the Services.

(b)     Mobile Device Information: We collect information about the mobile device you use to access or use the Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information and information about your use of the Services. With your consent, we may also collect information about the location of your device and access and collect information from certain native applications on your device (such as your devices camera, photo album and phonebook applications) to facilitate your use of certain features of the Services. (c)      Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We and our service providers use various tracking technologies, including cookies and web beacons, to collect information about you when you interact with our Services, including information about your browsing and purchasing behavior. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve the Services and your experience, see which areas and features of the Services are popular, and count visits. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in the Services or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits and understand usage and campaign effectiveness. Information We Collect From Other Sources

We may also obtain information about you from other sources and combine that with information we collect directly. For example, we may collect information about you when you post content to our pages or feeds on third party social media sites, or if you use credentials (e.g., username and password) from a third party site to create or log into your account.

  

2.      Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others  

We welcome the third parties ad networks for accepting advertisements (banners, interstitials and video ads etc...). In our apps and games, these advertisements authorized to be displayed. Advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies to collect data, in case that user clicks on any of these advertisements.

We promote our own games, apps and services in different types of ways. That might include cross promoting one of our games or app while you are playing a different game of ours.

We display ads to cross promote apps and games, developed by us. We do not gather or share any of your personal identification information to display our ads.


3.      Security 

The security of your information is important to us. We implement and maintain reasonable security measures intended to protect against unauthorized use, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the information we collect and maintain. However, please be aware that, despite our efforts, no data security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet, and no means of electronic or physical storage, is absolutely secure. As such, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information transmitted to, through, or on the Services or via the Internet and that, any such transmission is at your own risk.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access to your account, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Please do not to share a password with anyone.


4.      Social Sharing Features

The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools, such as the Facebook and Twitter buttons (e.g., Like or Tweet), which let you share actions you take on the Services with other media. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. 5.      Childrens(Kids) Privacy

This Kids Privacy Policy has to be specified to indicate you, with guidance regarding our privacy policies with respect to collecting, using and disclosing personal information, regarding the legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 years old.

Many of our Games/Apps are intended for general audiences, and we do not knowingly gather or use any Personal Information from children and kids under the age of 13. When users are identified as under 13, we will block such users from providing Personal Information or make sure to get prior parental consent before collecting Personal Information.

If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age and you think your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us.

We offers mobile applications and games (Kids Apps), which are targeted to children under the age of 13 and also other apps are not targeted under the age of 13.

6.      Content Sharing

Heres the type of information we may share about you with others and how we do so:

- You understand and agree that all Content that you have to be sent using our Services (For example data, sound, photographs, graphics or video), whether publicly posted or privately sent, is the sole responsibility of the person that sent the Content. This means that you, not us, are entirely responsible for all Content that you may upload, communicate, transmit or otherwise make available through our Services.

- When you let us access your device phonebook, we may share information about you with other users who have your phone number in their device phonebook. For instance, when you use Find Friends, we may share your username and name with other users who use Find Friends and have your phone number in their device phonebook. In these cases, we will not display your phone number to these users, but we will share the fact that your username and name are associated with your phone number.

- When other users view your profile, they will be able to view profile information, including your username and name.

- We may share information about you with service providers who perform services on our behalf.

- With respect to jointly offered Services or functionality or services offered separately by other companies through our Services, we may share information about you with business partners to provide the Services and functionality you request and to communicate with you about those Services;

- We may share information about you in response to legal process or a request for information if we believe disclosure is consistent with, or required by, any applicable law, rule, or regulation; to investigate or remedy potential violations of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, or others; or in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

- We may share information about you with your consent or at your direction, or as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.

- We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you. Heres just one example of how this could work: Because its not always clear whether a new friend request comes from someone you actually know, we may share whether you and the requestor have  friends in common without disclosing the usernames of those common friends.

We store Personal information collected by us in secure operating environments that are not obtainable to the public and that are only accessible by authorized employees. We should also provide security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.


8.      How We Use Your Information

(j)       Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.


- Take pictures and videos

We use this permission because the Camera app needs this permission to take pictures.

- Read phone status and identity

We use this permission to recommend customized content.

Read, modify or delete the contents of your storage as your instructions

Read, Modify or delete the contents of your SD card as your instructions. We use this permission so that you can save new pictures to your SD card.

- Install shortcuts

This permission is used to install shortcuts on launchers, so users can continue using Veon Softtech related function…

- Modify system settings

This permission is used to switch or adjust volume and brightness level of the screen for video playing.

- Receive FCM notification

This permission allows users to receive FCM notification for subscription services.

Find accounts on the devices

This permission allows Veon Softtech to check if users have logged in Google Play and provide relative app installation service for users.

- Run at startup

Veon Softtech will run at startup to provide users with services.

Prevent Phone from sleeping

- The only purpose for using this permission is to prevent the phone from going to sleep     when you are playing videos in full screen mode, otherwise we wont do it .


9.      Your Choices

(a)     Account Information

You may update, correct or modify information about you at any time by logging into your online account or by emailing us at veonsofttech@gmail.com If you wish to deactivate your account, please email us at veonsofttech@gmail.com, but note we may continue to store information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

(b)     Location Information

With your consent, we may collect information about your actual location when you use our mobile applications. You may stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the settings on your mobile device, but note that some features of our mobile applications may no longer function if you do so.

(c)      Native Applications on Mobile Device

Some features of our mobile applications may require access to certain native applications on your mobile device, such as the camera and photo storage applications (e.g., to take and upload photos) and the phonebook application (e.g., to send invitations to your contacts to try the Services). If you decide to use these features, we will ask you for your consent prior to accessing the applications and collecting information. Note that you can revoke your consent at any time by changing the settings on your device.

(d)     Cookies

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of the Services.

(e)      Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications or by emailing us at veonsofttech@gmail.com If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

(f)      Push Notifications

With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

(g)     Your California Privacy Rights

California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, you may request this information once per calendar year by emailing us at veonsofttech@gmail.com


10.   A Note to California Residents

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information (if any) by Veon Softtech to third parties for the third parties direct marketing purposes. To make this request, please email veonsofttech@gmail.com.

If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a registered user of any site where this policy is posted, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted. To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to apphouse444@gmail.com. Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.

You may ask us to take the following actions:

 Delete. Delete your personal data.
